Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk pola pikir kewirausahaan yang inklusif di tengah tantangan ketimpangan sosial dan ekonomi. Di era digital dan masyarakat 5.0, pendekatan pendidikan yang menanamkan nilai adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis solusi sosial menjadi semakin penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi transformatif dalam pendidikan vokasi guna menumbuhkan mindset kewirausahaan yang responsif terhadap tantangan sosial-ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap literatur primer dan sekunder dari Januari hingga April 2025. Fokus kajian meliputi kurikulum vokasi, kebijakan ketenagakerjaan, serta praktik project-based learning di berbagai institusi pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi sumber ilmiah dan analisis tematik terhadap praktik pendidikan inklusif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai kewirausahaan sosial melalui sinergi antara pendidikan karakter, teknologi digital, dan pemberdayaan komunitas berperan signifikan dalam memperluas akses mobilitas sosial dan mengurangi disparitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menawarkan model pendidikan vokasi yang humanistik, resilien, dan kontekstual dengan kebutuhan zaman.
