Abstract

Pemilu 2024 membuka babak baru dalam lanskap politik Indonesia yang ditandai dengan menguatnya fenomena parcok (partai coklat) dan merebaknya disinformasi di era post-truth, yang turut membentuk persepsi publik terhadap demokrasi. Dalam situasi ini, pendidikan literasi politik menjadi kebutuhan mendesak guna membekali warga dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan etis dalam menghadapi polarisasi wacana. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang penguatan demokrasi melalui literasi politik dalam konteks Indonesia pasca pemilihan umum 2024. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka terhadap sumber primer dan sekunder, penelitian ini berlangsung antara Januari hingga April 2025. Objek kajian meliputi wacana politik digital, narasi keagamaan dalam kontestasi elektoral, serta dinamika opini publik di media sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi literatur dan analisis wacana kritis, dengan pendekatan historis dan kontekstual. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, kategorisasi tematik, serta interpretasi kritis untuk menemukan pola, makna, dan relasi antarwacana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan literasi politik yang menyentuh aspek kognitif, afektif, dan etis memiliki potensi besar dalam membendung praktik diskriminasi kelompok serta memperkuat budaya demokrasi deliberatif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada kerangka literasi politik kritis sebagai kontribusi teoretis dan strategis untuk membentuk ruang publik yang inklusif, etis, dan berkeadaban dalam demokrasi Indonesia kontemporer.
