Reviewer Rights and Responsibilities

Action Research Journal Indonesia (ARJI) highly values the contributions of our peer reviewers. To ensure a transparent and professional collaboration, the rights and responsibilities of reviewers are outlined below:

1. Reviewer Rights

  • Reviewer Decree (SK): Reviewers are entitled to receive an official Reviewer Appointment Decree (SK Reviewer) recognizing their role in the journal.

  • Assignment Letter: Reviewers will receive a formal Assignment Letter (Surat Tugas) each time they are assigned to evaluate a manuscript.

  • Reviewer Certificate: Reviewers will receive an official Certificate of Reviewing after submitting their review notes and recommendations.

  • Transparent Delivery: All administrative documents (SK, Assignment Letters, and Certificates) along with review communications will be delivered transparently by the Editorial Office through the OJS Discussion Column.

2. Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Review Format & Submission: Reviewers are required to provide their review notes and recommendations using a .docx file. Feedback can be delivered either by inserting direct comments/track changes within the author's original manuscript file or by writing separate notes on a clean page.

  • Review Timeline & Deadline: Reviewers are given 7 days to complete the review. A one-time extension of 7 additional days is available upon request. If the review is not completed within the given timeframe, the Editor reserves the right to reassign the manuscript to another reviewer.
