Tujuan dibuanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran Bassic Safety Training melalui video YouTube yang mudah di akses oleh semua kalangan. Media pembelajaran ini dikembangkan menggunakan power point sehinggan memiliki slide yang lebih menarik di setiap videonya. Video pembelajaran ini terdiri dari materi Bassic Safety Training pada keadaan darurat di laut maupun darat, pada penelitian ini akan berfokus pada suatu produk media pembelajaran berbasis video youtube yaitu Bassic Safety Training.
