Dinamika Ekosistem Pendidikan dan Implikasinya terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam di Lingkungan Sekolah Formal

Ekosistem pendidikan merupakan suatu tatanan yang kompleks dan dinamis, mencakup berbagai elemen seperti kebijakan, lembaga pendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, lingkungan sosial, serta perkembangan teknologi. Dinamika yang terjadi dalam ekosistem ini, baik dari aspek kebijakan nasional, globalisasi, digitalisasi, maupun perubahan nilai sosial, memberikan dampak langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap keberlangsungan dan efektivitas pendidikan agama Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana perubahan dalam ekosistem pendidikan memengaruhi praktik, kurikulum, metode, serta orientasi nilai dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAIT Al Muhajirin, Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi, pada tahun 2024, dengan informan yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam menghadapi tantangan berupa penyesuaian kurikulum, relevansi nilai-nilai ajaran dalam konteks kekinian, serta integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, dinamika ini juga membuka peluang untuk merekonstruksi pendekatan pendidikan Islam yang lebih kontekstual, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemangku kebijakan, pendidik, dan masyarakat dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang mendukung penguatan nilai-nilai Islam secara holistik dan berkelanjutan
